I would definitely stay there again.
I booked this room at the last minute. There were very few rooms available in town. My expectations were low going to this Motel. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Better than many hotels I have stayed at.

Just stayed at the Spruceland Inn! Rooms are clean and newly updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I give it a 10 out of 10 and will definately stay again! Great rates too!
Best stay in ive had in prince george. So happy with my experience. Staff was great, rooms were clean beds were comfy! Location was great (no street mess) very happy with everything.

It was relatively cheap. The property is shaped like a compound which was nice. Made me feel like my vehicle and contents were secure over night

It’s apparently under new ownership and the rooms are clean, beds new and very comfortable
Location is excellent, only a couple minutes straight down the street to the hospital.
Centrally locates at 15 th ave and Hwy 97

Stayed here while passing through Prince George. Clean, super comfy beds, friendly staff, awesome location - walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants, great price!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anavada for 2 nights. The rooms are freshly renovated, super clean and very comfortable. The community kitchen is an awesome perk to staying there as well. All staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. All in all I give it a 10!!!!!

It was perfect for accomidations close to eating and shopping and in the middle of town. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and organized. there was a broken chair and they replaced it right away. It was a packed weekend with the summer games in town and oly a block away.
Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities.
It was nice and clean.
